The Trailer Cover Store FAQ section covers many of the most common questions we receive about trailer covers, sizing, delivery, fitting, and product selection. At Trailer Cover Store, we are committed to providing clear, helpful information and answering your queries as quickly as possible.

If you cannot find the information you need, our friendly team is always happy to help.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we offer a 14 day returns policy based upon the following:

  • a requirement to produce the original receipt or order via email
  • a requirement to return the goods unused and unopened
  • to return the goods within 14 days of the recorded delivery date
  • Customers are responsible for the postal costs of all returns unless:

The item is incorrect and is not what was ordered
The item is damaged beyond practical use in transit
The item is faulty

Evidence of any damage is required on the day of delivery by way of an email sent to our support email below.

Should your request satisfy our returns criteria you will be sent a returns label covering the cost of postage for that item.

  • All other returns such as
  • Wrong size or colour
  • Change of mind
  • product not as expected

The return will be accepted but all Postage is payable by the customer.

Trailercovers.co.uk reserve the right to refuse a refund or return should any investigation prove contrary to the reason given.

In all cases please email support@trailercovers.co.uk with your order number and issues clearly and concisely stated.

We do offer exchanges, but we do require that the customer covers the cost of the postage. We like to reduce the likelihood of an exchange, to avoid courier costs and of course to save on emissions. We therefore ask that customers take care to ensure that they have the correct model selected and have taken the correct measurement before ordering.

Where possible we will offer tracking of goods subject to the shipping provider.

Once your order is dispatched we update our system and send a receipt which contains the tracking number.

For most of our deliveries we will use ParcelForce which is a 3-7 working day delivery timeframe. On ocassion we will also use DPD for larger packages.

If you set up an account in the process of ordering you can log on and if the order is still processing you can cancel. If you use the guest checkout, you will need to contact us to advise you wish to cancel. Use the number or email shown to make contact. Please not all of our products are shipped by 3pm latest each day.

No, our covers are not the actual branded covers. But every effort has been made to provide a trailer cover that is equal to, if not better than the original version. We offer a high quality product that is made to fit specific trailer types listed on our store. if you have any queries on the material or quality please do not hesitate to contact us using our email support@trailercovers.co.uk.

Most of the trailer covers we supply are sourced from overseas. This still remains the most cost effective way to get these types of heavy duty materials and allows us to pass the cost savings onto our customers.
